After installing this product and rebooting Your system,
 please, do following actions to add Azeri Layout:

1. Select Control Panel->Keyboard->Language
2. Click  <Add> 
2. Choose "Turkish"  and then click <OK>
4. Select  "Turkish" from language list and click <Properties>
5. Change  Keyboard Layout to <Azeri Latin>  and then Click <OK

Your keyboard layout will appear in the keyboard indicator
     as "TR Turkish"

Setting Turkish local  as system default is recommended.
